Bill Morée specializes in photographing for
Democratic candidates
and progressive causes.

Morée has extensive experience delivering compelling and persuasive photographs for direct mail campaigns for national, state-wide, and local races. He has photographed presidents and presidential candidates - including Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Hilary Rodham Clinton, and Bernie Sanders - and shot stills for commercials for Joe Biden, Jamie Raskin, Roy Cooper, and many others. His work is shot on location in the home districts of candidates around the country. He has shot in 49 states so far. (Your guess as to which one is missing?)

His work for progressive causes includes photographing Emily’s List endorsed candidates for IE communications, the American Wind Energy Association’s support for the installation of wind turbines, member communications campaigns for the National Education Association, the Postal Workers Union Association, and the AFL-CIO in dozens of states, and a get-out-the-vote campaign for Native Americans in North Dakota.

Morée studied photography at Pratt Institute, graduating with a BFA, and continued with an MFA in studio art from New Mexico State University. He is based in Washington DC and in the Black Range Mountains in southern New Mexico.
